I wish women would stop obsessing about the shape of their bodies. We are our own worst enemies.
Women are the ones who are setting the bar too high - we create an image of the perfect woman that is impossible to achieve.
And while we are busy obsessing and analysing every dimple of cellulite, our lives are passing us by.
We don’t want to get into a swimming costume, we don’t want to wear anything sleeveless or short or fitting or something that shows our waist or stomach or arms or legs or ankles or thighs or bottoms or face…
And while all this is going on, men are looking and us and thinking about what gorgeous lips or neck or hands or otherunmentionables we have or how nice our hair smells or how sexy we look when we walk or what they can see when we bend over.
My point? Men don’t notice the flaws. We do. They don’t care if we have cellulite at the back of our thighs. We do. We don’t care about the constant complaining that we do about our bodies. Men do.
And who exactly are we trying to look good for?
So let’s set a challenge for ourselves; we will do the best with what we have and then get over the rest.
